The only ways to confirm ovulation are to temp daily or have it confirmed via blood test by your doctor. Maybe there’s more :) but OPK is not a reliable one. Your body may be trying to ovulate, but hasn’t yet. Like. By this time, hCG levels in the urine should have risen enough to give accurate test results.
