With the emergency wrench they come off HARD. 150 is borderline reasonable. 162 is downright ludicrous. 13/16" is smaller than 21mm. Indeed it is. Use the smaller one, and a 6-point socket, if possible. A loose-fitting socket concentrates force on the corners of the nut, which is why I'm thinking it could contribute to problems with the 2-piece OEM nuts.
