Ardy knights is very relaxing. I did it at 80 and I was getting around 120k-130k an hour or so. It jumps up a lot at 85 and at 90 (at 90, I was getting around 200k+ an hour) I did it to 99 at ease. Highly recommend getting rogues outfit though because you do make a lot of gp on the way to 99. Currently doing the same thing, I've gone from 55-86 ...
