Ark lower south cave

We've been to the South East cave (70.6/86.1), but that cave was a real mess for us. Our framerate were pretty much non-existent (Went from a "steady" 35FPS, down to 5-11FPS, when entering that cave), which made the bats a bitch to kill. Haven't been to the South Central cave (80.2/53.5) yet - went to the one above it, with no luck..

So few patches have passed, I was waiting to start disscusion about it. So basiclly nothing spawns there. 13 trips in 2 days. And only 3 times there was something, 2 times 2 low lvl megalosaurus and once only one. So no beetles, no scorpions, no boas... and whats with the drop? Stone hatchet? Yeah I don't have one yet. Off the top of my head, carno island cave should fit it but it's not recommended to take one there, you should be able to take one to the lava cave, and then the lower south cave. I think that's about it if you don't have a cryopod, they are pretty cheap to craft once you hit that level tho.
