The most common issues for me lately pertain to errors with different mods' distribution tables, as TIS gradually adopts the procedural distributions and makes changes with each update. I fix these easily enough with a simple patch. Basically I Ctrl+F "STACK TRACE", which takes me to the really nasty errors that break the game.

Staircase walls are hard to explain,but basically block the entrances to your base with staircases,built right by each other in a rows,and zombies will be almost completely unable to figure out what to do. This is a great way to plug those gaps in locations that are mostly walled in with pre-build zombie proof walls.
