The best beaches are on the outer cape. There are museums, concerts, historical sites, but most of it seems geared towards families. Not sure where you'd rent a jetski, might be illegal on the outer cape since a large part of the coast is preserved. Definitley go to ptown for a night of bar hopping. Easily the best night life on the cape.
