Sonic adventure 2 steam mods

Look at the UserConfig.cfg file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sonic Adventure 2\Config. (The file can be opened with Notepad) Near the top of the file, it'll say <Configs FullScreen=. Make sure it says FullScreen="1". (and yes, the number must be in quotation marks) It crashes when I do that.

Then go to "Settings" under Steam; it should bring up a new window. In the settings window, click "CONTROLLER" and the click "GENERAL CONTROLLER SETTINGS".
