Dec 1, 2023 · I really wanted fried chicken during my June 2021 visit to Las Vegas. I noticed Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken during my morning powerwalk. It was located in the Bally's Bazaar / Promenade. Not many places had reopened and those that were opened, had long long lines. So, my timing was perfect. After I placed my order, the restaurant got packed.
