Brand new juul not working

alright guys as title says, just bought a brand new juul and it's not working. i put it on the charger and the light is green, but other than that it won't do anything. i've tried two different pods, tried cleaning it (even though there's nothing to clean), tried hitting it against my hand erratically... nothing. what do?? 17 21 21 comments Top
