C4000xg blinking blue light

To whit: the C4000XG modem has had multiple daily irregular wired & wireless disconnects for 4+ weeks that are not well-recorded in the System Log. I have recycled power on the modem and the ONT multiple times; performed factory reset; the firmware is current. I have replaced the Ethernet cable that connects the ONT to the modem.
