I need solid AI that focus on warmongering. I'll be playing as my tagged Civ Assyria. So I need the top 7 warmongers. Hopefully if I can find a good screenshot program I'll document my game to show some warmongering tips and tricks. (I'll be doing another game for seafaring warmongering)

Grievances decay every turn you are not at war. The exact amount varies by era, decreasing as you get further into the game. The decay rate is very high early so other civs will quickly forget your war crimes early in the game, but they’re less forgiving later.

You can use this to completely eliminate a Civ by liberating their last city, denying the penalty for removing a Civ while you get the liberation reduction; Conquer the cities then give it back in the peace deal.
