May 1, 2022 · It's that time of year! Spring has arrived here in Connecticut and in the spirit of renewal - manifested by blooming flowers and blossoming trees - we're kicking off the season with our annual  5 minutes a Day in the Month of May  challenge.

Detox from the stress of the day with a live guided meditation session. Each 30-minute session is appropriate for first-time meditators and those with long-standing practices.
