Take Highway 40 from Heber and head southeast to reach the canyon. The Summit spills out into the Strawberry River and is a quick jaunt from Strawberry Reservoir.

I'm so torn how to review Daniels Summit Lodge. The lodge was beautiful, the common area was grand, everything was very nice, until we experienced the room. We paid for an upgraded room, which gave us a king sized bed and a view to the forest in the back (which was better than facing the highway in the front) with rocking chairs on the porch ...
