I'm basing this off a series of runs that resulted in 5 exotic warlock arm pieces, 4 of which are not listed in any loot pool lists I've found. Go to Today In Destiny. Click on Legend Lost Sector. There's a place that tells you what each lost sector in the current rotation will give you.

The enemies are 1830 in legend so the closer you are the better. If you're under 1800 its going to be quite difficult. If you're around 1805-1810 it'll be challenging but manageable. Of course this is somewhat dependent on your build, experience, and skill level.
