Discretionary days

We shut the College for 2 weeks at Christmas and give 3 discretionary days to the staff who would be working at that time so that they only have to take 2 or 3 days of their annual leave to cover the shutdown. This doesn't apply to our Term Time only staff as they would not be working out of term time anyway.
