Does call of brine and overcharge stack

Trash at high ranks. Only might work the first time time and that's it. Eh I play console and honestly once you know to expect it Overcharge becomes less of a threat. The only killer I bother using it with is doctor and that’s because I run his distressing/ overwhelming presence build.

Does call of brine and overcharge stack. Sadako can also teleport to any TV positioned around the map, instantly Manifesting and giving any nearby Survivor 1 stack of Condemned. When a Survivor reaches 7 stacks of Condemned, they can be instantly killed when downed. Survivors can prevent Sadako’s mobility by powering down TVs, though they gain 1 stack of Condemned by doing so.

i unlocked "overcharge" a while ago and read about "Call of Brine" now i´m curious if they stack with each other, meaning 400% regression. also does "Pop Goes the Weasel" stack with any of the two or even with both of them?

The other way to look at it would be that Eruption is above the power curve, Call of Brine is at the curve, and all those other perks are below the power curve. Just because Call of Brine is better than Overcharge doesn't necessarily mean that Call of Brine needs to be adjusted down. Maybe it means Overcharge needs to be adjusted up.
