Our Mission. Hope Animal Rescue is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of stray or abandoned animals in North Carolina. We rescue all breeds and are 100% volunteer run, utilizing foster homes to rescue dogs and cats in need. Hope Animal Rescue is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit and all donations are tax-deductible.

With CoVid restriction and public health guidelines, we have struggled to raise funds for animals in our care.
