I know the mog station's chart is a little confusing with the wording "number of additional retainers" in the header. It should just read number of retainers. 1 and 2 is included with your subscription and are considered the "free" ones. 3rd retainer and above is 1$ extra a month and it is pro-rated into your subscription.
