The 515 step is incorrect. The quest is called "A New Path of Resistance" and requires 15 timeworn artifacts. The haunting/vexatious memories are for the one-time quest.Just leave it on and keep getting the artifacts. As soon as you reach 15, put them on a retainer or in your saddlebag and the count will go back down to 0 and you can get 15 more. I did couple of ShB relics before EW but then I had break and went back to EW and wanted to do one more relic. Yeah I sometimes do enjoy running for floor 100 in a sitting which can be as long as DR or longer. You can still keep the rng for below but at least 100 and forward give a guaranteed drop just like the potsherd.

Its laughable really that running Delubrum I could progress the final step of the relic quicker (it drops 2 raw emotions) than I could for the Timeworn Artifact part. My assumption (hope?) is that there's a hotfix coming that bumps the drop amount to 3 which would bring it in line with the other steps.Timeworn Artifacts also drop every 10 floors in PotD (low dropchance pre 100, high chance 101-150, guaranteed 151+). This was btw slightly more efficient back when DR only dropped 1 Artifact per run and speedfarm parties didn't exist yet. Raw Emotions drop both in Dalriada and HoH, same rules as PotD but different floor-droprate ratio.Perhaps asking for Timeworn Thief's Map is too greedy, but Seemingly Special Timeworn Map were in a previous one and haven't been returned yet.
