First response indent line vs faint positive

HELP ME!! I took a first response early pregnancy test yesterday and got what appears to be a faint positive but now I’m not so sure. Based on my last period (in September) I was supposed to have AF last week, the 18th. I would consider myself to be irregular with my cycles so it’s hard to know when I ovulated but I think it was around the 12th.
