Friede's Scythe is fine, you wanted it to be the center of your build, and it will be. Scythes' chip damage going through shields is incredibly synergistic with Magic. But the Sellsword Twinblades is a bad call. Low damage, low range. I would suggest you use the Crystal Sage Rapier instead. The longest Rapier in the game scales off of Int and Dex. It can be buffed, has bleed build up and a lot of potential. Friede's Scythe has the deadliest Combo + Frostbite, but only if you play it right. You need an opening to do that.
