I've played 3 games now and in all 3 i couldn't find a single glyph and no auras appeared during EGC. They appeared when I did them the first time in level 1 of the tome, but in level 2 it seems bugged. I remember being able to find at least 3 in one game in level 1 (as I'd found 2 then EGC showed me another) but for some reason the glyphs just ... So it has to be one glyph spawn per match.
