So Empowered ability buff lasts for 5 seconds and class ability regeneration was changed to be +25% per stack in both PvE and PvP on Empowered Melee, Grenade or Barricade. So it's a fixed rate now, no fluctuation. These all will do 15% more damage and on surge matching subclasses AN ADDITIONAL 25% damage. HOIL Void Titan is supremely strong. These achievements that are achievable pre Lightfall are only going to be easier to do in Lightfall and or Season of the Defiance. HOIL Void Titan is the best Void class in the game without question.
