1st let me say I looked in Wiki and searched in discussions and got conflicting info. Wiki says repair Seamoth with repair tool but I have it in hand and nothing happens. Some discussions say use Welder which is not available in my Farbricator? Do I have to have a blueprint for that? Whichever one it is, what would be the method?
