Imiloa is located at 600 Imiloa Place in Hilo not far from the Saddle Road with easy access to Mauna Kea’s visitor center and observatories a little over 30 miles away. It is open Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. til 5 p.m. Admission is $17.50 for adults, $9.50 for children ages 5-12 and free for kids under 5. ‘Imiloa membership benefits do not apply. Admission is for one day and includes one planetarium presentation and access to the Exhibit Hall. Reservations are required. Walk-ins pay general admission rates.
