Can't to J. Alexander's for a family dinner and made a reservation online. The place was packed, and we ended up having to wait about 15-20 minutes even with the reservation just to be seated. The restaurant was a little loud, but not surprising and we were able to still hear each other at our table.

Unlike some restaurants, where the staff ruins a great food experience, J Alexanders had incredible staff and service, with very sub par food. Again, the manager was great and did her best, but she can only deliver the product her kitchen and bar make for her and she is being let down terribly.The steak was tough and it was $44.
