When do comlex scores get released

So COMLEX scores came out today. Got a 680. I decided not to take the USMLE for personal reasons. I'm really not sure now how that affects me moving forward. Is that COMLEX score considered competitive to match into primary care ACGME residencies? Or even EM?

I'm more impressed by a 75th percentile USMLE (low 240s) then a 90th percentile COMLEX (~600s). The former is more impressive and will do more for your career. So even if your USMLE percentile isn't as high as your comlex, out performing a majority of your MD counterparts is an important statement.
