About Us. Since 2007, Luis and Kristen Hernandez have enjoyed bringing the very best confections and Ice Cream to the triangle, with stores in Cary, Morrisville and Raleigh. Kilwins Tulsa is owned and operated by Cynthia Marshall, who grew up in Tulsa and currently lives in Mounds, OK on 15 acres with her two children, where she raises chickens and tends to her goats, horses and pig. In her prior career, she was a Senior Financial Accountant for an international company based in Tulsa. Kilwins has brought Mackinac Island Fudge, Original Recipe Ice Cream and decadent handmade Chocolates to Charleston since 2001.
