Kindle paperwhite stuck on low battery screen

With the newest Kindle adding any non-amazon purchased books through USB using Calibre seems to bug out the OS and put it into some sort of infinite loop of reloading. I'm not sure if that's what caused it for you, but if you guys have the newest Kindle and are planning on adding "Documents" then I would probably just stick to emailing them.

I’d recommend try plugging your Kindle into a laptop to see if you get a different outcome. Also you could try different USB to plug adaptors to rule out if it’s an issue with the plug. If neither of these work, then it’s likely an issue with the battery itself needing to be replaced. Let me know how you get on.
