correct me if wrong but Anking's step 2 may have started tagging by BnB step 2 within the deck. I would watch bnb and do the anking cards just because it is more complete. If you are not going to use anything BUT BnB then I would look for a lightyear for step 2. I didn't know there was one 🙃. So the decks are based on the tags, before all the cards was just one deck. To do a certain set of cards, you had to do a custom study and I didn't like doing that constantly. So I just created empty decks based on the tags and then move the cards into their respective decks.
