A lot of people aimed at 100-110 flame score for transpose. You can probably get 30-40 score on sweet water so thats only about ~70 score difference. You get ~52 stats and 54atk going from 17-21 on SW which would translate to ~210 score and if transposing still works for stars, then it would be 1 extra star which would mean another ~40score.
