Masterbuilt 800 fan not working

I just want something that will fit the dimensions of the 1050 like the griddle for the 800 does. I'm really confused why Masterbuilt doesn't offer the unnecessary "special manifold" with a griddle for the 560 and 1050, even as a separate purchase.

MB Gravity 800 Fan Issues. I just got the Masterbuilt Gravity 800 and started with the first couple runs. It seems the fan is having issues running. It will run for a bit, I'll watch the temperature rise, and it'll shut off, sometimes before hitting temp, and the temp just starts dropping.
