I would also recommend using the heat generated by the reactor to run Industrial Boilers to provide steam for the Industrial Turbine. A little more resources but I once had a reactor providing enough heat to heat 4 boilers which in turn fed 4 full-size Turbines for >1 Grf/t. All for 2mb/t of each fuel (the turbines can recycle all the water).
