Miledown is pretty much accepted as one of the best free resources for content review. They have a deck on anki too called the miledown anki deck. download it and use both and your content review should be pretty good as long as you did alright in pre-reqs. Using a premed deck takes time, I suggest you instead download miledowns document and go through it over and over while making anki cards for the content in UWorld. You can totally use a premade deck (boaras is significantly better than mile down. Pick one and use just that) but just be prepared for anki sessions after UWorld.You can definitely get a 515+ with Miledown. Both Miledown and I scored a 515+. Remember that anki is just a tool for content review. You supplementing your content review with books is a great way to go beyond Miledown's deck.
