The facilitation

The work of facilitation can be divided into three phases: Contracting and Preparation, Working with the Group, and Follow-up Activities. The first step to planning a facilitation is to contract with the group. Contracting is an agreement that reflects clear expectations about how the facilitator and group will work together.
