For some reason you have another Mods folder inside your Mods folder, so WonderfulWhims ends up being installed too many folders deep for the game to be able to see it.. Simply move the WonderfulWhimsMod folder straight into the first Mods folder and you should be good to go.. I'd also advise for removing the middle Mods folder as that's an issue waiting to happen!
