I was suprised based on all the numerous Sig shill youtube reviews claiming it was a similar size as an X/XL. The grip is the exact same size as my HK P2000 which isn't easy for me to conceal in TX summer. While the P365 XL is a slightly smaller and lighter choice, the P365-XMACRO features a shorter barrel and a higher round capacity. Though both pistols come optics-ready, the XMACRO also features an accessory rail and an integrated compensator, while the XL has an optional manual safety and a slightly wider sight radius.It depends on your palm size and how much you are willing to wait. For most people XL grip module is big enough for a full grip and will allow more flexibility (especially with MagGuts and TacDev upgrades). The XL with a flush fit mag is going to be easier. However, that comp makes a huge difference (did for me anyway). I was able to shoot far faster and maintain a semblance of accuracy compared to my other P365’s. The macro is going to be easier to conceal that the XL with the 15-round extended mag IMO.
