Help Panhandle Humane Society make a difference in the lives of animals by signing up for our Foster Program (PHS Heroes). Animals in our PHS Heroes program are those who are unweaned, underweight, in medical recovery, have behavioral needs, or still nursing. These animals need extra time and nurturing outside of the shelter environment. The shelter provides food, blankets, towels, crates and medical care for the animals; the only expense to the foster family is time and love. Please be aware that we cannot temporarily foster public animals. All animals must be surrendered to the Idaho Humane Society before being considered for our foster program.
