I personally like Nachi Cocom and Paradise Beach Clubs the best. Both are about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from any of the cruise ports. I would say Nachi Cocom has the nicest actual beach, and it's fun but also quiet, whereas Paradise has a bigger pool and loads of lounge chairs, etc., and has music playing near the pool and bar areas all day, but not obnoxious IMO.
