Academic Personnel Manual (APM) The Administrative Policy Unit in the Office of Compliance and Policy is responsible for maintaining the campuswide Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM), and Personnel Policies for Staff Members (PPSM). The PPM contains administrative policies that are relevant to the entire UC Davis community.
