External visuals. The external model is a big step up from PMDG’s previous outings, and promises good tidings for the outfit’s upcoming MFS products, such as the much-discussed NG3, however, in contrast to the NG3, the DC-6 in most visual metrics is primarily a textural update, adopting essentially the same model created for an old ESP …

IMO that makes it feel somewhat correct compared to the real thing but, could probably go down to 30 on the roll. Still experimenting. I will say this, the pitch axis on the HC Alpha is very “stiff” so that complicates it a bit. Kristian Nørregaard. the sensitivity just reduces the reaction speed with less slider so the controls will take longer to get to your joystick/yoke position. You definitely don't want that. Nullzones eliminate spikes and help with controllers that have a low resolution. I try to use the throttle quadrant for my input, like I do on all the default aircraft, the CRJ and the Flybywire Airbus, but with the PMDG bird I can't get the throttles of the aircraft to react to its inputs. I searched the manual for clues, but to no ...the sensitivity just reduces the reaction speed with less slider so the controls will take longer to get to your joystick/yoke position. You definitely don‘t want that. …The delay was reduced to about half a second. So you're right, the curve does just slow down how quickly the sim responds to your input - but at default sensitivity, the delay is still about half a second. Take-offs are optional, landings are mandatory. The only time you have too much fuel is when you're on fire.Yoke Sensitivity. 31May2022, 05:21. And I suspect it is a moving target for the PMDG dev team (and any other dev team for that matter). It must be so frustrating to expend time/money to develop 'counter measures' to compensate for the idiosyncrasies of MSFS only to have to reverse them upon the next release. Solid lines ...

Braking sensitivity. 10Nov2019, 00:25. To preface, this is an issue I’ve experienced with all PMDG products. As a joystick user without rudder pedals, I find manual braking on the 737NGXu to be egregiously sensitive—no matter the circumstances—so much so that the nosewheel ‘sinks’ into the runway/taxiway during braking action.Jul 11, 2022 · Hi, Does anyone know what settings PMDG’s 737-700 should be when using a Logitech (Saitek) Flight Yoke? My concern was the throttle in the 737. In P3D and FSX and earlier we needed FSUIPC to have reverse thrust work correctly. I hope, that PMDG 737s have an option to calibrate the throttle in such a way, that reverse thrust will work with the Thrustmaster Hotas without the need of 3rd party add-ons, i.e. FSUIPC7.

Factor de riesgo.

Honestly, the airbus stuff is the best feeling HOTAS I've owned. The joystick moves so freely. One of the things I hated most about the x56 was that ring thing around the base of the joystick, makes it feel so restricted when you move it, the Airbus doesn't have that and moves so smoothly.May 10, 2022 · PMDG Forum Rules. 1) SIGN YOUR POSTS. Same thing goes with rotating on takeoff. Compared to X-Plane 11, which has excellent default sensitivity on those controllers, no sensitivity seems to work for me. Perhaps I am just not utilizing the multiple sensitivity ...I use this stick. What i did on my sensitivity, i added like 15% of dead zone to every axis except for the throttle in the game settings. It prevents me from accidentally moving the plane whenever I am holding the stick or bump to the stick. I rarely use the buttons because I preferred pushing the buttons/dials using mouse. When rudder and prop1 selected for steering in FMC there should be limited steering angle when use rudder pedals. This time the angle and rudder sensitivness is the same for rudder and prop1 (Z-axis on joystick). This will help much to handle steering when takeoff/landing.Anyways, when in the NGX with sensitivity on full and null zone to zero, movement of the controls is not very smooth, especially when making fast adjustments. I have tried all advice - no keyboard commands, only left axis, or using rudder axis, etc. The rudder works fine with all other planes. Even if F2DS tries to be neutral, as hard as he can try to be neutral, he cannot, because he is on the Zibo project. This is also like 737NG Driver saying PMDG is better than Zibo. 737NG Driver is also a real life 737 pilot but because he is on the PMDG test team, 737NG Driver will also be biased towards the PMDG 737.The specific examples shown will be taken from the PMDG 737NGX, but the same method works for any PMDG aircraft with an SDK and custom controls (e.g. 777, 747). 1. ...
