1. Share. In this second part of my three part examination of pseudolaw I consider some of the ways that pseudolaw arguments were advanced up until the end of 2019. Young et al have suggested (and I agree) that there has been an increase in the use of pseudolaw during and after the COVID crisis and I shall discuss that aspect of the phenomenon.
