Fo76 server status

It doesn't seem to kick me out of the server, it just freezes me momentarily and it infuriates me. Today is even worse than the past two weeks, it's happening every 30-45 seconds and I've server hopped 5 times. The death of enemies is severely delayed. Their health bar depletes and then they don't die.

Vendor items are server based, vendor caps are player based. So server hopping should reset the items you are seeing, but not the caps left for that time period.
