Saniflo humming not pumping

Hello. I have a Saniflo macerator pump, the deposit model is Sanibest Pro. I started using wet naps last week which said flushable on it but since then it’s been giving me issues so I stopped throwing wet naps. Now the water won’t pump, their a humming noise after I flush and their is two inches of sewage water in my bath tub.
