Fortify restoration loop not working. Proceeded with making a fortify restoration potion for making OP potions , but when I make a fortify resotration potion , it stays at 4% even though I did it some days ago with a much higher percentage. I have : equipped 4 equipment of 28% fortify alchemy ( gloves , circlet , necklace and ring )
