Jun 22, 2019 · Back on the early 90's I replaced the low back buckets in my '77 K5. I used early 80's Chrysler buckets out of a full size 2 door coupe. I only had to use some steel flat stock to make mounting plates that matched the seat bases and my K5 seat bases. I had the front seats reupholstered in GM material.
