I plan on re-enrolling in swim lessons at Stony Creek Swim Center in (spring, fall, etc.. I understand that withdrawal forms must be received by the 10th of the month in which I am exiting. Forms received after that will go into effect for the next billing cycle. Withdrawals are final. If you change your mind, you must re-enroll.
