The buckhorn exchange. The Buckhorn Exchange has been in the same, fairly small, building since 1893. I believe that it has only had 3 owners during that time. The menu is definitely pricey but includes many wild game items such as Antelope, Elk, and Buffalo. Walls are completely covered by mounted hunting trophy heads. One room has all buffalo heads.
