Gatling laser gun and Ultracite Gatling laser gun are two completely different weapons. So you need to individually unlock the mods for each weapon. So if your laser gun has all the mods unlocked, it doesn’t mean your Ultracite Gatling gun will have all the mods unlocked as well.
