Enabled both drives as cache and had to run balance option for system to see drives as RAID1 instead of 1TB RAID0 (512GB drives). Switching over to new cache pool was very easy with zero problems. Dumped some large groups of files off and on to the cache pool for a while and was quite pleased with performance and of course lack of issues.

As I understand it, I need to get everything off of my cache drive first. From what I've read, that means I need to leave the 'Use Cache Pool' to "Yes" and then make sure mover moves all of the files. I've got Duplicati using the cache drive for the tmp backups. Moving files back to the new cache the same thing happened. The mover wouldn’t move all the appdata off the array onto the cache. Again I got fed up and manually moved files. I fired docker and VMs back up and everything worked.
